Décontamination360 offers a complete solution regardless of your contamination problem. In addition to sanitizing the premises, we also offer the reconstruction service. Some situations may require engineering plans, architectural plans, special permits or technical knowledge of construction. We will know how to give you back your home as soon as possible while guaranteeing you a quality and durable reconstruction.
In detail
Evaluation
An engineer in construction engineering inspects your home. The goal is to establish the extent of the contamination and find the cause of the problem. A custom decontamination protocol is established and explained to you in detail.
Containment
A sealed work area is erected to isolate the contaminated area from the rest of the residence. Additional measures are taken such as installing a series of airlocks and putting the work area under negative pressure. The security of the premises is constantly validated.
Decontamination
Contaminated waste is sealed and decontaminated prior to evacuation from the work site. Daily air tests are performed in the decontamination zone to validate the effectiveness of the means of containment, and we offer to carry out these same tests in the uncontaminated zone to guarantee your peace of mind.
Certification
Before the demobilization of the premises, a final test is analyzed by an independent laboratory to measure and validate the decontamination. If the results do not meet the standards in force, we resume the work at our expense until a satisfactory analysis is obtained.
