Privacy Policy

Décontamination360 Inc. (“we”) places great importance on the protection of your personal information. This policy describes, in plain language, what information we collect through this site, for what purposes, and the rights you have under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Quebec), as modernized by Law 25.

Person in charge of the protection of personal information

The person exercising the highest authority within Décontamination360 Inc. acts as the person in charge of the protection of personal information. You can reach them with any question about this policy or your information:

Information we collect

This site collects personal information only when you voluntarily provide it to us through the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number (if you provide it) and the content of your message. No other information is collected while you browse.

Cookies and trackers

This site uses no browser cookies, no audience analytics tools and no trackers. That is why no consent banner is shown to you: there is simply nothing to consent to.

Purposes of the collection

The information submitted through the form is used exclusively to respond to your request (question, quote request, appointment booking). We do not use it for marketing purposes and we do not send a newsletter.

By submitting the contact form, you consent to the information provided being used for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at info@decontamination360.ca.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Two technical providers are involved in the operation of the site:

  • Web3Forms, the service that routes form submissions to our email inbox. The data passes through its servers, located outside Quebec.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the site. The host may process technical data (such as the IP address) necessary to serve the site, possibly outside Quebec.

In both cases, only the information necessary to route your request is involved.

Retention

Your messages are kept for the time needed to process your request and to carry out any work that may result from it, then for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations. They are then deleted.

Security

The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the messages received is limited to the people who must respond to them.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to the personal information we hold about you, request its rectification or deletion, or withdraw your consent to its use. Send your request to the person in charge of the protection of personal information at the contact details indicated above. We will respond diligently, no later than within 30 days.

Confidentiality incidents

Should a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm occur, we would notify the persons concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, in accordance with the law.

Changes

We may update this policy as needed. The date of the last update appears below. In the event of a significant change to the practices described, a notice will be posted on the site.
